HydroSub 60 Pump Unit

The HydroSub 60 pump unit consists of a portable hydraulic driven submersible pump, complete with floating device. Outlet 110 mm Storz coupling. Powered by a 4-cylinder diesel engine. Type HFS-1500 standard version 1500l/min @ 10 bar OR type HFS-1500 Hi-Flow version 4000l/min @ 2.5 bar. Stainless steel pump housing, alu-bronz impeller.

Main Features:

• Portability: The limited weight of the submersible pump of approx 55 kgs provides the ability for two people to place (throw) the pump in the water.
• Accessibility/Operation speed: The portability and the 30 metres of the hydraulic hose length guarantees access to almost all open waters providing a very speedy water supply without any capacity or time loss due to draft problems at a reach of up to 30 metres or with a lift of 30 metres. Hydraulic hoses are stored on powered hose reels.
• The submersibility and floating features guarantee operation with cleanest possible water, not affected by the water level or by waves. Accessibility : Even in cases where water is being pumped from very shallow locations and consequently the risk of cavitation exists, the pump will still maintain its operation.
• Hydraulic transmission: The hydraulic transmission consists of a high-efficient axial-piston hydraulic pum. Hydraulic transmission components, power a hydraulic motor attached to the centrifugal water pump. Maximum hydraulic system pressure is 350 bar.
• Operation: The capacity is engine speed controlled on the instrument panel.
• Based frame skid: The above main components are installed on a base-skid-frame equipped with sound insulated panelling.
  This skid frame is dimensioned as such, that it can easily be installed in any small vehicle. Approximate dimensions, L/W/H/Wgt, mm/kg: 2145/1000/1700/1150.
• Trailer version/paneling: Optionally the unit can be supplied with a dual axle trailer version. In this version the unit is equipped with a storage cabinet on the left side for the storage of a quantity 4-inch hose and water distribution equipment.

  Capacity:

  The basic HFS-1500 pump is available in a version of 1500 ltr/min at 10 Bar pressure. The unit is available as a Hi-flow version with 4000 ltr/min at 2.5 bar pressure.
