Hose compartment mini-container module. Suitable to carry 1000 metres HFS DCH 152 mm hose. Basic skid mini-container frame, designed to withstand the hook arm handling load stresses. Sides from stainless steel. Floor aluminum plating.
Handling facilities for lift-eyes for hook arm lift-off system on both sides also functioning as crane-helicopter lift-eyes. Forklift slots. Rear cover, aluminum ramp, equipped with ladder-footstep facilities. Aluminum fully closed hinged fold-up top covers, functioning also as safety railing.

Equipped with:

  • Full size hose compartment with stainless steel sides and aluminum floor, for the storage of 2000 metre (HL4000) or 3000 metre. (HL5500). 150 mm hose, divided by a middle wall in two compartments, making it possible to lay 2 hoses at the same time. With fully closed aluminum fold-up double-hinged top covers, functioning also as safety railing.
  • Rear doors open 270 degrees to the sides.
  • Single front cabinet, from zincor steel plate.
  • The cabinet does have a lockable access door, providing storage compartment for PWSE hardware water supply equipment.
  • Designed as such, that in the top as a standard the Hose Recovery Unit (HRU-150) can be installed, allowing hose recovery from both sides.
    The design incorporates extra design features, providing the proper functioning of the Hose Recovery Unit, such as top covers 180 degree fold-up and little front doors on both sides facilitating smooth hose access.

The basic specification is the same as the model HLC6500-1C, however:

  • The hose layer body is increased by 350 mm.
  • The front cabinet is now only a lower compartment for hardware storage.
  • The top section is now an open space providing a transport position for the HRU-300. At choice, the HRU-300 can be installed with a hydraulic operated fold-up facility to place the HRU-300 from working position into working position or alternatively with provisions for a HRU-300 basic version, which is to be positioned from transport position to working position with the help of a lifting device.
  • Equipped with coupling carrier provisions, facilitating easy coupling transport inside the container from HRU-exit to the positioning location. Also equipped with exit chutes, facilitating controlled hose/coupling exit on to the road.
