THE PUMP UNIT
A 900-kw Diesel engine Deutz TBD616V16, diesel-hydraulic power pack-pump unit. Featuring access to any open water at a combination distance of 50 metres (150 ft) horizontal and/or 10-15 metres (30-50 ft vertical).
No draft problem any more. No suction draft losses, due to the application of two hydraulic driven stainless steel submersed floating pumps, feeding a boost pump fixed installed in the pump housing, powered through a hydraulic transmissions, by a diesel engine. Compactly built into a container mainframe-pump housing.

THE HOSE LAYER
Featuring with the use of thousands of metres SLD Super Large Diameter hoses up to 300 mm/12-inch, extreme speedy hose lay-out and easy speedy automatic hose pick-up with little manpower, due to the deployment of a revolutionary automatic hose pick-up system, the HFS-HRU-300 Hose Recovery Unit.
CAPACITY
Submersible pumps: 2 x 12,000 = 24,000L/min (6350 GPM) at 2.5 bar (35 psi) of pressure.
Booster pump: 24,000L/min (6350 GPM) at 12 bar (175 psi) of pressure.
BASIC FRAME/HOUSING
Compactly build-in in closed housing, available in container POD frame or alternatively on a multi-axle trailer. Layout and dimensions, please see separate drawings.
SUBMERSIBLE FLOATING PUMPS
The submersible pumps each build into a carrying frame with floater and wheels, connected to the diesel-hydraulic power pack by means of two hydraulic hoses installed on two reels.
Dimensions: (submersible only) 580 x 710 x 885 mm. Weight each only approx. 125 Kg. (275 lbs). The booster pump is fixed installed in the container pump housing.
HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSION:
Consisting of variable displacement hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, oil tank. Overpressure valve. Filtering. Hydraulic. Boost system. Hydraulic oil cooler. Measuring connections (minimess).
CONTROL INSTRUMENTS
Electronic IQAN operational control with automatic water pressure control.
Engine temperature, engine speed, engine oil pressure, an hour counter, a warning light for alternator current, temperature hydraulic oil, stop button, hydraulic oil pressure, Security system. Automatic engine stop function, working lights, warning lights.
