THE PUMP UNIT
A +/- 500 KW diesel-hydraulic power-pack-pump-unit. Featuring access to any open water at distances of up to 60 metres distance horizontal and 20 metres vertical.

No draft problem any more.

No suction draft losses, due to the application of a stainless steel low weight hydraulic driven submersed floating pump, feeding a boost pump fixed installed in the pump housing, powered through a hydraulic transmission, by +/- 500 KW diesel engine. Compactly built into a container mainframe-pump housing (dimensions and layout, see drawings).

CAPACITY
Submersible pump, 12,000L/min at 2.5 bar pressure.
Booster pump 12,000L/min at 12 bar pressure.

SUBMERSIBLE FLOATING PUMP
The submersible pump build into a carrying frame with floater and wheels, connected to the diesel-hydraulic power pack by means of two hydraulic hoses installed on two reels, of 60 metres long, allowing pumping at 60 metres distance.

Dimensions: (submersible only) 580 x 710 x 885 mm.
Weight : only approximately 135 Kg.

HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSION:
Consisting of:

  • Variable displacement hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, oil tank.
  • Overpressure valve. Filtering. Hydraulic.
  • Boost system. Hydraulic oil cooler. Oil cooler. Measuring connections (minimess).

CONTROL INSTRUMENTS.
Automatic electronic IQAN capacity pressure control, including automatic feed pressure balance control between feed pump and boost pump. Engine temperature, engine speed, engine oil pressure, an hour counter, a warning light for alternator current, temperature hydraulic oil, stop button, hydraulic oil pressure, Security system. Automatic engine stop function, Working lights, warning lights.

SUPPORT WINCH
Hydraulic driven support winch. Pulling force : 400 kg. Equipped with 60 metres steel cable.
